We offer three wedding ceremony packages designed to serve each couple according to their needs. Choose the package that best fits your special day.

1. Essential Ceremony Package
Fee: $1,500
The Essential Ceremony Package is designed for couples who already have their wedding plans in place and only require Pastor Everton Weekes to officiate the wedding ceremony and complete the legal signing of the marriage documents.
This package provides a meaningful and dignified ceremony centered on commitment, prayer, and the blessing of marriage. It is ideal for couples who already have a wedding coordinator, planner, or someone else handling the rehearsal, aisle walk, standing positions, and overall ceremony flow.
Package Includes
• One Zoom conversation with the couple to review the basic ceremony requirements and help make the event special
• Wedding ceremony officiated by Pastor Everton Weekes
• Opening prayer
• Exchange of vows and rings
• Pronouncement of marriage
• Brief blessing over the couple
• Legal signing of the marriage documents after the ceremony
• Guidance for the couple and two witnesses during the signing
Important Legal Responsibility
The couple is responsible for obtaining the marriage licence before the wedding date and bringing it to the ceremony.
The marriage licence must be presented to Pastor Weekes on the wedding day so he can officiate the wedding, complete the legal signing, and submit the required documents to the government.
Without the marriage licence present at the ceremony, the legal portion of the marriage cannot be completed.
After the marriage is registered, the couple will receive their official marriage certificate from Vital Statistics.

2. Silver Ceremony Package
Fee: $2,000
The Silver Ceremony Package is designed for couples who do not require premarital counselling but need support with the wedding rehearsal and ceremony flow.
This package is ideal for couples who need help understanding where to stand, how to walk down the aisle, how the wedding party should be positioned, and how the ceremony should flow from beginning to end.
The goal of this package is to help the ceremony feel peaceful, organized, dignified, and properly directed, while still keeping the focus on the sacredness of the marriage covenant.

• Wedding rehearsal
• Guidance for the processional and recessional
• Direction for where the couple should stand
• Basic positioning for bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, flower girls, ring bearers, and attendants
• Review of the ceremony flow
• Wedding ceremony officiated by Pastor Everton Weekes
• Opening prayer
• Exchange of vows and rings
• Pronouncement of marriage
• Brief blessing over the couple
• Legal signing of the marriage documents after the ceremony

The Sacred Union Package is designed for couples who desire a deeper pastoral and spiritual experience as they prepare for marriage.
This is the most complete package and is ideal for couples who want their wedding ceremony to be more than a formal event, but a sacred covenant moment surrounded by prayer, wisdom, preparation, and blessing.
This package includes premarital counselling, rehearsal, the wedding ceremony, legal signing, reception prayer, and a prophetic blessing over the couple and their marriage.

• Two premarital counselling sessions, either in person or by Zoom
• Wedding rehearsal
• Guidance for the ceremony flow
• Direction for standing positions and aisle walk

General Legal Marriage Requirements
The couple is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage licence before the wedding date and bringing it to the ceremony.
The marriage licence must be presented to Pastor Weekes on the wedding day. Without the marriage licence, the legal portion of the marriage cannot be completed.
After the wedding ceremony has been performed, Pastor Weekes will guide the couple and two witnesses through the legal signing of the marriage documents.
Pastor Weekes will then submit the required marriage registration documents to the government according to provincial requirements.
Once the marriage has been registered, the couple will receive their official marriage certificate from Vital Statistics.

Deposit and Booking Terms
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date.
The deposit will be applied toward the full package fee.
Date changes and deposit transfers are permitted, but are subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Rebooking is not guaranteed and will depend on Pastor Weekes’ availability.

Location and Travel
Package fees apply to venues within city limits.
For weddings outside city limits, the couple is responsible for all travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance, schedule, and location.
